Free Will Choice: Karla and I also use hypnosis to do healing work, (at a soul level), in a place called Ultra Height. We've found that our guides (everyone's guides) want to help us SO much, but more than anything else they respect our free will choice. If we don't keep asking for their help (or thanking them for helping), they see that as exercising our free will choice to keep our issues, or illness. In our work, once we get the soul's permission the guides can do remarkable things to heal us emotionally and physically, but we often recreate it (whatever the issue, or ill is) just as fast as they clear the issue. This can be caused by a stuck, or persistent pattern, or an attachment to the issue in the subconscious mind. In psychology this is called Psychological Reversal, or Secondary Gain. An example of secondary gain might be: Someone who overeats and is now suffering serious health issues. This person knows in their conscious mind that they need to curb this tendency, but their subconscious mind links food to love from early childhood and keeps overriding the conscious mind. Something like this can happen when their most favorite person on the planet (Grandmother, or whoever) said things like, "If you're good, you can have a cookie... Or, you are such a good girl and I love you so much that I'm going to make your favorite dinner and we'll have a hot fudge sunday for desert!" So, Jovius has coached us to, in these reoccurring situations, suggest that the person ask their soul's permission (several times a day) for their guides to be able to do this work and then ask their guides to continue the work that we started. They have suggested that we do this exercise as well, so it's something anyone can do to help overcome past programming, or erroneous perceptions within the subconscious, with persistence. The other side really, really wants to help us, but we have to ask... I hope this tip helps, Mark
