Clearing and Grounding

I don't remember where the first part came from (down below), but I do know it works well. The grounding part was something told to me in a channeled conversation, several years ago and my grounding has been great every time we've checked since then.

Most of us are empathic and tend to pick up stuff from others that we come in contact with. It's often the case that contact with anyone creates an energetic connection to that person. A cord, so to speak. So, it's good to do cord cutting / clearing in combination with this grounding exercise.

The Exercise:

Preferably in the shower, or bath (because water is very grounding), ask Archangel Michael to cut, pull, remove, or clear by the most appropriate and permanent means, any cords that are connected to you that are no longer serving your highest good.

[ If asking an Archangel doesn't fit your belief system, just voice the intention to clear these cords, or if you're visual you can also picture this happening.]

Then say something like this: It is my intention that, I am now sending a massive grounding cord from the very center of my being to the very center of the earth. I also make a gesture with my hands down in front of my body and just in front of my feet as I do this.

For those of you who work with the public, do healing, energy work, massage, hypnotherapy, whatever work that might put you in close contact with less than happy/healthy people :), you might find doing this exercise several times a day helpful as well...
