Knowing the judgments that you struggle with is the hardest part of your battle in human body.  Your ego has created many illusions, like hoops for you to jump through.  These are distractions from your truth.  Recognizing where your judgments are can reveal to you that which keeps you from knowing and understanding your true path, your journey as you intended before incarnating here on this planet.  It is wise for you to seek out the places in your life where you judge the most.  This is where your focus of awareness needs to be to uncover that which separates you from knowing yourself more intimately.  Once this is uncovered, revealed to you, peel it away.  It is within your power to destroy all your illusions.  It is not only within your power, it will become your power.  Take it!
