While choosing the activities that bring you joy, remember that there are plenty of them out there. 

 

Experimenting to see what you like the best can be a joyful experience on its own.  Those of you who are apprehensive about change, remember that you bring to yourself that which you dwell on.  What you think about the most, you attract.  Know and expect that you will experience pleasure and life will unfold that way.  The things you do, even the new things that haven't been proven yet will be enjoyable, even if you choose to never try it again, you will have a pleasant experience. 

 

Creating new opportunities for yourself is part of being in physical body.  Take some chances and open yourself up to something new and different.  There is much to know and learn where you are.  Expect your life to be fun and exciting and that's what you will find.  It's your life; create what you would like to experience!
