Your Inner Being (High Self) is always in communication with you. 

It will find a way to get the message across, all you have to do is listen.  Hear what you need to hear.  Whether it comes in pictures, or voices.  The feelings you are having are trying to tell you something.  Where there is pain, there is a message. 

Remember that those feeling, although they might be disturbing, are for you to grow from.  It is in your best interest to pay attention and allow them to surface.  They aren't always what you might expect, or want to see, but they are yours.  They are from you.  It is no mistake that they seem to overtake you at times.  They can be overwhelming and hard to understand, but they are necessary for your growth and expansion. 

You are loved and in transition always.  It is part of being in human body.  You can choose to make it easier on yourself by accepting yourself and learning to love who you really are.  Take the chance, be your light.  Walk through those times of uncertainty with the knowing that you are good -- you are great!
