Every human being is capable of healing themselves. 

It is part of who you are.  You have been given this gift.  Some find it easier to do.  It is their belief system that enables them to do so more easily.  It is a fact that some just do not believe it to be possible.  We are here to tell you it is true. 

You have created your own disease.  You did not inherit it, or pick it up from your neighbor, or friend.  That is just a physical, human explanation.  You designed your own disease and discomfort and you can relieve it.  You can cure yourself.  We would like to encourage you to be persistent in your efforts to heal.  You are gifted and capable of being as healthy and vibrant as you would like to be. 

Choose fantastic health and bring in the white healing light.  You are light and light is attracted to light.  Imagine yourself bathing in white healing light.  Let this light flow through your body.  Let this light cleanse you and remove all that is unwanted.  Allow the light to become golden and gently swirl through your physical body as it searches, cleanses and massages your organs and muscles.  Imagine this light flowing through your veins and surrounding your nervous system shielding you from any emotional trauma.  You are well protected and well insulated now.  You are free to continue to cleanse and release, allowing it to flow freely, removing and releasing all that is unwanted in your system.  You are perfect and it is within your power to remain so.
