The source energy that flows through you is loving and healing. 

You become suffocated when you deny your source and cut yourself off.  This loving, energizing energy is available to you at all times, all you have to do is open yourself up. 

Remember who you are and that are you are part of this great loving, healing energy and allow yourself to be connected.  Allow yourself to be part of all that is.  You are one with the Universe.  

When you are in a low place and disconnected form your source, you are missed.  There is a place for you in the flow.  Remember who you really are and let the great source flow through you.
