We would like to reinforce the idea that you have created your reality. 

You are creating it as you read this, as you breathe your next breath.  You have the innate ability to continue to create more of the same, or choose the thoughts that will change everything.  Begin to move in a completely different direction.  When you see the shift of energy and begin to realize your truths, change is coming, hold on to those truths. 

Change is nothing but a new frequency, a new vibration.  Only fear can inhibit your growth and push you away from your desires.  This is one emotion you can do without in your physical expression.  It is but for you to put your focus, your awareness on, that which you really desire, that which will push you forward in your growth -- forward on your path -- your reason for choosing this physical existence. 

It is our desire to remind you that staying on your path is a simple choice.  The emotions you give power to today are the emotions that manifest your reality for tomorrow.  It is in your best interest to choose to focus on the emotions you want to bring into your reality.  Give power to the love and compassion you hold in your heart.  It is easier to let go of that which you no longer need in your life with a release of love from your heart and a blessing from your soul.  There is no room for anger and disdain in an environment of light and love.  Create with your loving thoughts and ideas and it will become apparent to you the power you really have when blocks and obstacles remove themselves from your path, due to your intentions of peace and love.
