When you have unresolved conflict with another, and this conflict creates a frequency that is unstable, (doesn't feel good), set an intention for a healthier vibration. 

Allow your nonphysical self to guide you.  Go to that person and shine your light, from your heart and choose the words you need to release the tension between you.  With those words, (your thoughts and ideas about your judgment of them), change the environment for your growth and theirs.  With your new attitude, intend for the best result and empower yourself with the thoughts of resolving your conflict with love and honesty.  Be honest with yourself, then encourage their honesty.  You can accomplish this and much more without speaking one word. 

Shine your light, your love, to their heart chakra and intend your message to be of well-being and look into their eyes [this can all be done silently and remotely].  Ask them to look back and accept your offering of peace and forgiveness.  You will feel and immediate shift of energy.  The next time you are actually in their physical space, you will notice change, a slight difference in their vibration.  Do this until you feel the energy you need to feel to completely release each other from the pain of your current situation (the instability you feel from that person in your life that you do not resonate well with).  It is within your power to create well-being for yourself and them as a result of your love.
