Please help me understand a portion of your recent message [copy down below]...

 

Today you said, "We have asked you to seek guidance from your Inner Being, your High Self."  And, then you went on to remind us that our IB is that part of us that stayed on the other side when we came into this incarnation.  I think that is a good reminder for us who have heard the Abraham material and a great introduction for those of our email group who have not had an opportunity to hear it yet.  But, my question is:

 

Do we have to "seek" guidance from our Inner Being?  Isn't the whole thing set up so the guidance flows constantly and the part we need to focus on is pausing to listen to that guidance?  I know this sounds like I'm nit picking a semantic issue, but where I need clarity is in understanding if our IB only goes so far, unless we specifically exercise our free will choice and ask for their guidance, on more and more aspects of our lives? 

 

Should we specifically intend for guidance from our IB on all aspects of our lives?

 

Should we spend more time asking questions about specific things in our lives and then meditating for an answer?

 

Should we spend more time pausing during the day and tuning into our hearts to find out how we really feel about an issue before acting, rather than knee jerk reacting?

 

Is it all of that, or something I've missed?
