[I was a little confused about how to implement the exercise they suggested today (copy down below), along with the other one they already had us doing. I'm not very visual and it was hard for me to imagine channeling white light in through my crown chakra and out my heart chakra (to heal and nurture the planet) and then to know how to fit this new exercise in. They came in with this message to help my understanding... Mark]

We would like to give you clarity on your exercises of light.

It is possible to put more than one intention into action at the same time. You are fully capable of drawing light in and distributing it through your physical body in more than one direction at a time. It is equally as powerful to do this simultaneously, as it is it do it separately since you have free will choice. This is your creation and you are in full control as to how to practice your intentions.

It is encouraging to us to see that you are practicing your power, your creative potential on this earthly plane. We see your light, we encourage you to continue to heal and continue to manifest your desires.

Continue to do it with your powerful love.

Your Inner Being (High Self) and your guides are available to you at a moments notice.

They are forever loving and prepared to share their knowledge and wisdom. They exist for you, with you. You are here to do your earth work and they are prepared to assist you. It is their desire to guide you towards your goals in your physical incarnation on this planet.

Your earth work consists of creating your reality, your life on this physical plane. While we suggest always to create with your heart, it is imperative to remain connected to your earth. As you pull light in through your crown chakra, allow it to flow down your spine, direct it straight into the earth through the soles of your feet, then right back up again through you solar plexus back out into the universe. Surround yourself with light while you practice this exercise. Your connection with your earth can be very empowering and stabilizing while you are doing such important work. As long as you have a very clear picture of what your desires are, you will manifest your reality with ease. Clarity and connectedness will be your tools of manifestation. Your inner being and your guides can be your strength and direction.
