It is remarkable that some of you in human body can energize yourselves on the mental and spiritual planes while maintaining a strong foundation on your earthly plane as well.  It is through your physical body that you grow and learn in this earthly incarnation.  It is necessary to create in order to grow -- to manifest your desires, your dreams.  Do it with your heart.
