Please help me understand how to implement your message...

 

How do you suggest we fill our bodies with light?  I'm guessing this is something we do with our intentions? 

 

I think it would be easier for us if you would be so kind as to provide us with a formula, of sorts.

We understand when you ask for clarity, you are taking us very seriously and this pleases us... 

 

You will absolutely be better served by setting your intention to draw in your light.  This is possible by allowing light (intending for light) to pass through your crown chakra (and for some; it is even possible to draw it in through your breath).  You will then, also with intention and great love, release your light through your heart chakra and imagine it flowing across the globe, to heal and nurture the planet Earth.
