Change does not have to be painful..

This transition, or shift, does not have to be as challenging and horrible as your media represents.  Remember who has the power here.  Know that some of these changes are necessary for the health and growth of your planet. 

This is global.  What is happening now in your reality is what is happening in the collective consciousness.  When you look at this as energy and vibration, you will see that it is easier to rely on your own intuition.  Trust that you are the creator of your reality.
