A hurting heart can be confusing..

When your heart is hurting, it can be challenging to know how your heart can lead you.  When you are confused about the messages of your heart, surround yourself with light and go into that fearful place with the courage and the knowing that you can master the result. 

You choose where you want to be, who you spend time with and you are the one with the control.  Walk away from those who are hurtful and damaging to your heart.  Close those doors and open your love to those of like mind and intent.
