Transformation comes when you are open to expansion.. Expansion is a result of allowing an experience to shift your perceptions. Many times what you know logically doesn't affect you personally, on an emotional level. When you eventually experience the emotional shift, transformation occurs. You are never the same thereafter. You have expanded. You are closer to joy. Use emotion as you intend and are grateful for what you want to experience..
