Your thoughts can take you many places.

Remember that you choose these thoughts. They are a bit of a road map, so to speak. When you have thoughts of joy, you are uplifted and your thoughts take you to happy places with happy and joyful experiences. When you have thoughts that create pain, or sadness, or any of that kind of negative emotion, you end up in unhappy, miserable situations that leave you feeling anything but joyful. It is really your choice.

Even when you are feeling so down that you feel there is no way back up, you can choose. No matter how painful or difficult it may seem, you really are in charge. Begin with thoughts that give you pleasure. Look at things that make you happy. Bring in music, art animals, anything that will turn you around and create feelings that are more positive. Call upon someone who is a positive influence in your life. Create relationships that you know will be healthy for you on a continuing basis. The more you focus on joy and happiness, the more of it you will see in your life. It really is the Law and you are a master of it.

Whether you want to believe it or not, you have already been quite the creator. Every bit of what you experience, every day of your life, is your creation. You are a master. Bring into your reality what you really want and know that you have done it yourself. Be proud. Be gracious and thankful for the opportunity and the right to do so. You are a divine creature.
