The distracters you have are many.

And, they are easy to create. It is difficult sometimes to look at what really has to be done. Life can be work. Life can be really hard work. Your distracters can protect you from life's pain sometimes, but eventually you have to confront your life. Recognize the behavior you have that keeps you from accomplishing that which can move you forward. Realize that your pain is something that you need to move through.

Know that you are loved and the hardest days are the days that will most bring your guides and your angels to surround you with their love and strength. Ask for that help and realize that you are never alone. It is your journey and you are the one who has created it. You are the one that knows what to do to move past your sorrow. Simple things might take a huge effort, but when they are done, you will begin to feel accomplished and you can begin to feel joy. You can begin to see that you can create from another place. A place of happiness and then there is more light. You can then move towards that light. Remember that you are of the light. Your light will attract light.
