We recognize the fears that surround you and the confusion that fear can create..

But, we would like to point out that fear cannot create on its own.  It can, however, take on a life of its own when you give power to it.  When you allow that emotion to grow, you give your power away.  This is what happens when any emotion is allowed to exist for too long in any situation. 

Recognize your fear and thank it for bringing your attention to that which you do not want and then look away.  Take care of that fear and then look towards your joy. 

Your joy is where your love exists and kindness is the way to that joy..
