Fill those holes with a new routine..

When you move on, many times, you have to face that big hole that has been created by your choice to move on.  This is the part that is so daunting to those of you who avoid change.  That means almost all of you.  That hole is the space that is left from your old routine. 

It’s just temporary.  All you have to do is create a new one.  A new routine.  For you do love routine.  Routine helps you to feel safe and secure.  This is just life in human body; safety is part of your stuff.  Those holes you create are the places where you can begin to inject newness.  As scary as that might sound, it's the place where you can take off and create with your love.  The whole Lovejoy becomes a reality now.  Look at those places of emptiness in your life and know that they are yours for the creation of love and joy.
