When you cut cords, you actually release from yourself the parasitic aspects of yourself.

You are able to see clearly what you do not need in your life. These are being mirrored to you by others and are obvious to you when you take the steps you need to take to release yourself from the bondage you have created. It is ever so clear when you see the responses you get from the actual cutting. It is a very powerful exercise that is designed to give yourself your power back. In doing so, you empower those you release also.

Look to a healthier experience here in this incarnation when you practice this regularly. Continue to meditate as your connection to source. Continue to set your intentions to create the kind of experiences you so desire in this lifetime. Take the time to reevaluate all your relationships. They are yours. You have created them.

Understand that there is not one relationship in your life that you haven't created and nurtured. Whether it be positive or negative, it is yours and yours alone. Choose to experience the best. You are worth it. You are loved.
