You create your reality on a continuous basis..

When you stay stuck on a thought, or idea, you remain stuck in that reality.  When you can shift away and see beyond that which is not pleasing to you, you have the ability to create otherwise.  You are then able to be something other than who you were in that stuckness. 

It is for you to realize the power behind your thoughts.  If it is easier for you, think in segments of time.  Instead of taking on a whole day, take parts of the day and focus on shifting aspects of your reality until you can more easily take on more and more.  Shift into this idea of change.
