Hello,

I have a question for Jovius about this.  [She was referring to the, Jovius 8/26/08 message that began with:  When you move into your fear, it no longer has any power over you..]  How do I move into my fear?  I have a lot of fears and the best advice I have heard is to face them or as you say, move into them.  However, I am not really sure how to do that and I would appreciate your answer.

Regards,
Deoyani (Florida, USA)

Moving into fear doesn’t have to be a scary venture.  When you actually embrace that which is truly fearful, you can leap over it.  It’s all in what you have told yourself about that which you are fearful of.  You have a story just like everyone.  In your story, there is emotion.  The emotion of fear is part of your story and where that fear ends up is all about how that story resonates to you and how you carry it around.  It is possible to change your story, for this is part of choosing to let go of that which you no longer want in your life.  We may seem to make this simple and it really is once you grasp the concept of ownership.  When you own your story and then get the idea that it is just a story, you can more easily move past the fears encompassed in that story.
