Energetically, you set the pace..

You are in full control as to the energy you have aligned with and it is for you to choose.  We would like to address this specifically because we can see your confusion about this energy connection.  As you vibrate, for you really do, you attract that to yourself physically.  With your feelings, you are creating what your reality is here and now.  When you are putting forth emotion, you are creating, just like that. 

You are in control even when it doesn't feel that way and that is why we have brought this up.  What you feel, you set into motion.  That’s how it works.  What you emote from that ever amazing physicality of yours is really something to be reckoned with.  As you feel, you create.  It’s so simple and so complicated at the same time.  The only confusing aspect of this is how to shift those wonderful feelings of yours when they don't feel so good. 

Slowly, that's how.  Slowly suggest to yourself that you can feel differently, if you choose.  Keep suggesting this to yourself and you will begin to shift ever so slightly at first and then more and more.  This is true and is a law.
