Ask Jovius 9/24/08

Dear Mark and Jovius,

I have often wondered, when we ask our guides to help us understand something, how is it we can differentiate if the answers that come to us are from our guides or something we have conjured in our own minds?  I wonder because, I want to believe if it comes directly from the our angels or guides then it would seem to have a stronger foundation and truth, an answer we should hold important and relevant, rather than a "scapegoat" we come to think is real.

You will always know when the answer is coming from the real you.  You might have to learn how to hear that part of you that is still existing on the other side, but this is very important to learn.  Sit silently a few minutes of every day, clear your mind and ask.  It’s ok if thoughts invade, as they will surly do.  Just let them pass.  Practice this and you will soon reach a point that you can increase your time in this meditative state and if the answers do not come during this time, they will come.  They will come at a time that you will definitely recognize them.  Your heart will tell you.  Your whole body will tell you.  The hair on your arms speaks loudest during those times.  We are here for you always.  We know you might want to ask again and that's perfectly OK.  Do so.  You are well on your path.  You have awakened..
