What you do in your life to encourage the healing of others takes love and compassion, but remember that it is the mirror image you are perceiving as their pain, their lot, their human experience.  What you see is what you have brought forward in your own experience.  This is for you and by you.  Take advantage of these scenarios.  Look at them with your love.  Those eyes are your eyes.  Love them to enable you to love yourself, as much as possible, for this is where you will find yourself.
