You can reach a point of having to choose for your own inner growth and balance..

This can happen suddenly.  When you feel overwhelmed by that which your heart is directing you to do, make a plan.  Look at what your heart offers and know that you can design the reality yourself.  If you are being directed in a path of what creates fear for you, know that your heart will take you nowhere that you cannot find joy. 

At the other end of that fear is the love and joy you deserve.  It is the Lovejoy we refer to.  It is easier if you take steps toward that which you find fearful.  It is human to have fear even if you know ultimately it is best for your soul.  Take tiny steps if that makes you feel better about the path.  Take them deliberately and find your joy.
