Would it be a correct assumption to believe that 'all that is' ...Is created by the collective consciousness... But that we as individuals create our own destiny through the focus on what we personally believe to be important, whether that be positive or negative?

What you create for yourselves individually is certainly created through the "eyes" of your focus for not one of you can create for another. Whether what you experience is considered negative by you, or positive, it is your own creation. The collective consciousness is just that, a collection of the consciousness of all that is. Your creations effect all that is, but only you can create for you. You are responsible for you and we thank you for recognizing your part in this fabulous creation..
