One thing for certain is change..

 

This is not a new concept, but what can be new for you is the idea that you can forward the change.  The way you shift your thoughts to wellbeing and joy will eventually create this for you.  What you experience is truly entirely up to you.  As long as you continue to look outward and place blame, your reality will be one created by your society.  However, when you choose to take responsibility, you are free to create for you and free to choose.
