When you are in conflict with you, meaning when you are not feeling so great and far from feelings of joy, the physical you is not in alignment with the real you.  We see this often and we know how challenging it can be for those of you in human bodies.  We would like to see you get back to your meditations for within those meditations is the essence of the messages and the knowledge from your inner self.  Getting back in touch with this part of you is not only healing, but is confirming of the you, you came here to be.  We see your light and we know your heart.
