Burn out is absolutely not required..

When you make a decision to complete something in your life, or set a goal, this does not mean by any stretch, that it has to be difficult.  When you set your intention to reach your goals, also intend that the whole experience be joyful.  The whole journey to reaching what you desire can be extremely joyful.
