Stop to examine why you feel scattered..

 

When you feel you are over committed it is possibly time to look at where all your energies are going.  Sometimes, leaping from one commitment to another is your way of distracting from that which you need to give some energy to.  It could easily be that you are running and hiding from something in your very core that needs attention.  You get to choose, but we suggest you look inside.  Everything else will get taken care of and maybe you are not the person who has to do all of this?

 

But, you are the only person who can take care of you..
