Take nothing personally..

What another does, or says, has no reflection on who you are.  We see that this can be very confusing.  We tell you that others can be a mirror for you and then we tell you not to take anything anyone does, or says, personally.  It is a concept that can be very challenging for those of you in human body. 

So..  You can learn about yourself from others by using them as a mirror, but do not ever allow this mirroring to take your power.  Look at their behavior and hear their words, but realize that it is their stuff, their journey.  It is possibly not where you would like to be, or who might aspire to be.  It is just a mirror.  You can learn about who you are from that interaction, but this is not you and can never be you.
