You are a sum of who you were in the past..

You have the now, the today to be who you would like to be -- who you really are if you so choose.  Reflect on the past to grow from and acknowledge your expanded being.  Move forward and look in the direction of the future, but give it only your thoughts of the desires of where you would like to be and let it go.  Live in the now. 

Reflect on the past and let that go.  Your power is in the now.  Use your power.  Live your life.
