You are forever changing and forever growing.  Some on your planet are hardly ever growing, or changing at all because they are making lateral moves.  For those of you who are audience to this message, the expansion you are experiencing is not only spiritual, but physical as well. 

You are creatures of the light.  This light fills your entire being and every cell.  This light is beaming and reflecting the whole of you.  You are growing and shining out as you breathe -- as your heart beats -- as you stretch and emerge from the you, you thought you were.  You are the whole and the power of the Universe.
