When the world appears to be knocking you down in its path, look inside..

Go in and look at what you have -- what you truly have.  It is all within you, every aspect of you is there.  We know that when you look in the mirror you see the outer you -- the part that is physical.  But, you cannot see the real you without going inside. 

You should look into your own eyes.  This is a practice of self love.  You can look deep into the eyes of your body and see from that perspective what is there.  When you do so, remind yourself of the love you have for you.  If you are not feeling love for you, for any reason, just say it anyway.  Pretend and say the words out loud if that helps.  Say them loudly and do this repeatedly until you yourself can honestly look into those eyes you see and feel love looking back at you.  Do this daily and you will begin to feel a shift.  You will begin to look differently to yourself as well.  You are at the heart of who you really are.
