It is about the shifting you are incurring..

 

Challenges can arise when you choose to move in one direction and those you are associated with are moving in another.  It is about change.  When you are ready and you recognize others are not, it can be very challenging to move away from those you are connected with.  But, it is in your best interest to continue on the path you are on, or directed towards and allow the falling away of those you need not carry for that is the weight you would bear if you did not move on.
