How can I tell if the automatic writing I get is really from Source?

When you know you are not in control of the content of your writing, you will know it is not from you, but from another source. If concepts you have never contemplated, or felt like you were sure about come to you, in an assured manor, those concepts are clearly from another source. If you also hold the intention that this other source be for the greatest good for all, then begin to trust that the Universe is delivering just that to you..
