This speeding up of energies can create confusion for some..

 

Those of you who need more grounding can practice intending, or the visual of having your root chakra, including legs and feet, firmly planted in the deep rich soil of your planet.  Focus on your intentions.  No other energies can rock you off course when you are firm in your desires and commitments to your own true self.  Use your love and your integrity.  Be grateful of where you are in the now and remember, your loving intentions will bring to you the experiences you truly desire.
