Growing is not always welcomed..

We know that you have pain around growth because you are in human bodies.  We also know that the broader you yearns to grow yet you do so reluctantly due to the pain.  Sometimes it's just easier to face that pain and go for it. 

We would use the word embrace, when referring to that pain..
