How do you rid yourself of guilt? How do you quiet the craziness in your head so your focus is on the positive and good? I can forgive others even if I wish to NEVER see them again but I do not know how to forgive me for my mistakes. Even if I learned life lessons that matter and I will not repeat- I still do not know how to stop the focus on my mistakes. Please give me some advice on this.

We see your focus is still in that place of guilt and lack of forgiveness. When we see words like NEVER in this big print tell us you are harboring some anger as well. We would like to see you write out how much you LOVE you and how much you FORGIVE you and everyone else involved. We are so very pleased that you have put yourself out here by explaining your feelings and would very much like to give you direction for we see you are sincere. It can be very challenging to let go of these very hurtful human emotions but that it is possible and understanding that you need help and support, takes you right to the edge of releasing them. We will suggest you find something else to focus on. Literally choose another thought every time guilt, anger, or dissatisfaction show up for you. Write out LOVE, FORGIVENESS and JOY. Do this and write out all the reasons why. Show yourself. What you have in your life that you have not been focused on due to those emotions that you have given your power to. When you are so focused on emotions that bring you down and add to your feelings of dissatisfaction and emotional lack, you experience just that. We see your heart and your light. We suggest you focus more on your love and your light. We would like to hear back from you after you practice for 3 weeks. We would like you to meditate on your light and let us know how you feel.
