You may not see how those intentions are going to manifest themselves, by simply sending the thoughts out to the Universe, but trying to control them is just a waste of time and counterproductive at best.  When you set out with a perfectly loving intention and then muck it up by trying to figure it all out, the vibration of your desires gets caught up in a variety of your self doubts and shifts in all different directions.  Then you tend to make it worse by getting stuck in all that useless complaining about never getting what you want.  When you desire, truly desire and you let that powerful, loving heart of yours guide you, it all flows easily.  Just let those thoughts of loving desire go.  Allow the Universe to do all the work.  Simply send out your love and trust in the outcome.
