You do it every time you find a way to love yourself.  The more love you can express for and to you, the more available love-joy you have to spread to those around you.  With that said, you will also begin to recognize those you attract to yourself are more and more loving individuals who are love seekers as well.  Love junkies are good for the soul.  Love them and expand your light.  Love you and attract way more of that.
