Step back and reflect when you feel emotion..

Consider that everything you notice in another, that creates judgment in you, is something you have not come to terms with within yourself.  It is those who spark emotion within you who are bringing up that which you must face within yourself. 

This does not have to be what you might call negative -- It could be love.  You could be facing love in other human beings to help you expand.  There is much to experience.  When you are at a low point and are looking to connect.
