Wow!  This is very relevant to me today, as it often is...I have just been stopped dead in my tracks....but I really don't understand the rest of the message.

Can you clarify?  I don't understand how I am stopping myself, or why, so how can I know what part of myself I am avoiding.  I feel extraordinarily frustrated, but don't know how to figure out what I am resisting.

Whatever you find in your reality that does not please you becomes an opportunity for you to investigate.  What you experience is attracted to you by your vibration.  If you are truly happy about what you are experiencing, you are attracting that which you want and makes you joyous.  When you find you are not happy with what you are experiencing, you are sending signals to bring to you experiences that you don't necessarily want, but this is the vibration you are emitting.  This could be because you are worried about it, angry about it, etc.  You are focused on something in some part of your life that you do not want and are therefore attracting it by your focus.  What can you do?  Look at anything you do not want and put your focus on the opposite and then let it go.  Choose what you want, not what you do not want and then simply let it go.  When you continue to keep your attention an anything, you eventually experience just that  Focus on what you want, not what you do not have, or want..
