Loving yourself can feel so foreign..

You came into this world as perfect loving beings of light.  You learned not to see yourself this way because what was mirrored to you was the self love challenged way those in charge of your care displayed life to you.  From what you were shown, your belief system about you was ignited.  This is a very false reality. 

This false reality is purely physical and the emotional part of you was hurt due to that sad sense of behavior modeling.  You are still that perfect being of light.  Confusion came in with some of the characters in your play.  Look at this as a production.  In the next act, you get to choose to see yourself completely differently than you did yesterday.  You can even choose the cast.  Do it with your heart.  Do all this with love for it is love that will create the warmest scenario for you.  Trust yourself to do this for you are of the heart and of the light.
