Be cautious of your self talk..

In those moments when you are hardest on yourself are the times that your heart is working its way through all the vibrational thickness of your negative self talk.  You are the hardest on you.  It is with the utmost respect that we ask you to take a few moments daily to tell yourself that you are loved.  You are truly loved by the broader you and all that is.  The only one who can recognize that is you.  This is not something you can find in someone else.  It is only you that can discover true joy for you.  Until you release yourself from the pain, you cannot share your heart.  Your heart wants out.
