When you take action to purposefully harm another, you harm yourself..

Once that energy has been released, it causes weaknesses in the collective consciousness.  Any ideas, or actions to purposefully injure another emotionally, or physically, eventually come back to you.  This is just the Universe showing you what you want. 

Those who you see as your enemies are you.  They are simply mirrors of you.  If you do not like the way another is treating you, look at the reasons why this could be occurring.  Once you choose not to allow such treatment into your experience, it will cease.  This does not mean that you could not mirror back to them how they are creating.  It just means that you can love someone enough to show them their ugliness instead of hating them enough to show them that.
