Living "as if" is a very good way to start..

When you do not know how to get something accomplished, pretend.  You can choose just to live "as if" for that would show your intentions to the Universe.  Also, the human nervous and emotional systems cannot tell the difference between that which is real, or imagined. 

Writing down your intentions is always a great way to start, as well, for it puts your ideas into physical form. 

But then, you must begin to walk your talk as to forward your ideas into being..
