Absolutely nothing.  No matter where you've been, or what you've thought, or done, forgiveness is always awaiting you.  There is much in your reality that creates a feeling that you must have forgiveness.  You have many, many choices and sometimes those choices leave you with the idea that you are not good enough.  Forgive yourself for this and release your guilt and fear.
